Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All custom pieces will ship within 7 business days of an order being processed. Orders submitted before 11PM PST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Shipping charges will be processed with your order and charged at the time of purchase. Please note that we cannot be responsible for weather delays.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service (please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
- Ground: Will arrive in 3-7 business days
- Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days (if order is placed before 11 am PST)
- Overnight: Will arrive the following business day (if order is placed before 11 am PST)
- International: All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Lulu + the Bear is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
Free ground shipping offer valid on all orders over $99. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories. Delivery estimated 3-6 business days (Monday-Friday) from date of purchase.

Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Lulu + the Bear within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
**Please note that custom pieces are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All custom merchandise considered final.
All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
