    Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to lulu + the bear within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.

    To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise in original packaging, the original invoice, and a completed return form.

    **Please note that custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

    -Items not in original condition
    -Damaged items or pieces missing parts not due to lulu + the bear jewelry error
    -Items returned 30-days AFTER delivery date

    Once the goods have been returned in accordance with the stated instructions, your refund will be processed. For credit card refunds, please allow 10-15 days for the refund to be reflected on your account, excluding any shipping fees from your original order. If you are returning a gift, you will receive store credit, which can be applied to your next purchase at checkout.

    Processing Time (if applicable)
    Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Exchanges (if applicable)
    We will happily exchange your purchase within 30-days of receipt of your order.     If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

    You are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping item(s) to you will be deducted from your refund.
